These terms explain how you may use Samtaro Beauty. They are in plain language. They are not legal advice, and they are not a contract drafted for a particular dispute. If you need advice about your own situation, ask a lawyer in Qatar.

Who operates the site

A free directory
The site lists salons, barbers, spas and nail studios in Qatar so you can search and get directions. It is free. There is no booking, no payment, no account and no paid ranking. A link to a salon’s own website or social profile is a link off this site. It is not a booking or payment service run by Samtaro.
Listings are not a licence check
Listings come from public sources, including OpenStreetMap and pages published by businesses. Samtaro does not verify that a salon is licensed, open, insured or suitable. The date on a listing is the date that source was reviewed. The place may have changed since then. Confirm hours, services, prices and who the salon serves with the business before you visit. Inclusion is not a recommendation or a partnership.
Map data from OpenStreetMap is © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. The downloadable directory file is that ODbL dataset. Contact notes checked against other public pages live in a separate file and are not part of the ODbL database. Mood photographs are not pictures of the listed businesses. See the about page.
Corrections, closure and removal
A salon, or a person whose personal data appears in a listing, can ask for a correction or removal by email or WhatsApp. Say the name of the place and what is wrong. We will correct or remove the listing on this site when the request is clear. If a public source shows a place as permanently closed, we mark it closed instead of deleting the fact that it was listed. We do not publish tax numbers, labour registration numbers or personal identity numbers. Please do not send those.
How to use the site
Use the directory for your own search. Do not present a listing as Samtaro’s recommendation, and do not break or overload the site. External sites you open from a button have their own terms.
Liability
Directory information can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. To the extent Qatar law allows, Samtaro is not liable for a visit, a price, a service or a loss that follows from relying on a listing. Nothing on this page limits a liability that Qatar law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
If the directory starts taking bookings, payments or accounts, these terms and the privacy notice will be updated first. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current text.
The site is operated from Qatar. That sentence does not choose a court for you.
